Adam started his career in the City at Hogan Lovells in the early nineties as a trainee solicitor and, having made partner there in 2002, moved to the Magic Circle law firm Linklaters in 2005 as part of the strategy to grow their nascent Banking Practice. Ultimately, he became Head of Leveraged Finance there for a number of years before retiring from the partnership a few years ago. 
 
He is known for his down to earth, straight-talking approach meaning that clients and candidates welcome his informed insights.  He has worked with leading law firms and candidates on some of the most high-profile partner moves in recent years. He has always been passionate about people and helping them grow and develop to achieve their full potential, and his qualification as an executive coach means he can provide invaluable support to our client and candidates in that regard. He still has a relentless drive to get deals done and help our clients and candidates achieve the next stage of their development.
