Alex has well over a decade of legal recruitment experience in the London market. He works closely with associates to support them with moves to leading US and UK law firms in London. His practice covers both lateral hires within the London market, in addition to international relocations for those entering the UK legal market. He has supported successful searches for clients in all major practice areas.

 

Before co-founding Bluepeak, Alex held senior roles at several respected legal recruitment firms, latterly building and leading a highly regarded and profitable team serving elite law firm clients. Earlier in his career, he gained unique commercial leadership experience in the world of elite sport, including leading the commercial group at UK Sport during the London 2012 to Rio 2016 Olympic cycle.
