Paul started his legal career at Travers Smith where he was a finance partner for 10 years before moving to Goodwin Procter in 2013 as one of the founding partners of its London office. Paul was Co-Chair of the Goodwin London office for 5 years, his tenure coinciding with a period of unparalleled growth in partner headcount at the office.  

 

He consequently brings deep experience and understanding of the challenges faced by firms and candidates during the lateral recruitment process and uses this to provide insightful and pragmatic advice to all stakeholders from inception to closing of a process.
