Before joining Bluepeak, Tom spent several years in London legal recruitment, advising on significant partner and senior moves in the private capital space and built a strong track record with a number of leading US firms.
He is known for his deep specialist market knowledge and his discreet, considered approach; clients and candidates alike value his judgement on sensitive, high stakes moves. Tom is genuinely passionate about the private capital market and provides himself on building long term relationships with the firms and lawyers he works with.
