Prior to joining Bluepeak in 2025, Sophie led the partner team for another global legal search firm in London. Between 2013 – 2022, Sophie led the private practice team for the same global search firm in Singapore, where she specialised in recruiting counsels and partners into leading US, UK and offshore law firms there.
